FT200 FILTRATION UNIT

The Centurion Fluid Filtration FT200 Filtration Unit is designed for oilfield and process applications; the unique and compact design of the FT200 is ideal for applications that require a unit with a small footprint and yet still meet demands of the operator. The design allows the operator to filter in series or parallel flow with the option to circulate if required. All our filter vessels are manufactured based on industry recognised design codes such as PD5500 and ASME VIII. We also ensure that our vessels meet the demands of the PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) 97/23/EC for Group 1 hazardous fluids and are compliant with ATEX and H2S to NACE MR-01-75 standards.

FT450 FILTRATION UNIT

The FT450 Filtration Unit is a compact filtration system utilising the large surface area EN160 filter cartridges (can also be configured to hold filter bags). The FT450 is fully certified by DNV for both lifting frame and vessels ensuring build quality throughout. The design allows the operator to filter in series or parallel flow with the option to circulate if required. All vessels meet the demands of the PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) 2014/68/EU for Group 1 hazardous fluids, and are compliant with ATEX and H2S to NACE MR-01-75 standards. Optional Quick Closing Lids available.

FT600 FILTRATION UNIT

The FT600 Filtration Unit is the most widely used filter cartridge unit for oilfield applications. The FT600 is fully certified by DNV for both lifting frame and vessels ensuring build quality throughout. The design allows the operator to filter in series or parallel flow with the option to circulate if required. Vessels can be configured to hold the standard EN65 cartridges, EN160 cartridges or filter bags. All vessels meet the demands of the PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) 2014/68/EU for Group 1 hazardous fluids, and are compliant with ATEX and H2S to NACE MR-01-75 standards. Optional Quick Closing Lids available.

FT800 FILTRATION UNIT

The FT800 series filtration units are Hi-Flow cartridge filtration Units that are utilised in process water and pipeline flushing applications. The FT800 is designed, manufactured to ASME and DNV 2.7-1 and is fully certified by DNV for both lifting frame and vessels ensuring build quality throughout. The design allows the operator to filter in series or parallel flow with the option to circulate if required. All vessels meet the demands of the PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) 2014/68/EU for Group 1 hazardous fluids, and are compliant with ATEX and H2S to NACE MR-01-75 standards.

FT900 FILTRATION UNIT

The FT900 Filtration Unit is designed for high volume oilfield applications, this design allows the operator to filter in series or parallel flow with the option to circulate if required. All our filter vessels are manufactured based on industry recognised design codes such as PD5500 and ASME VIII. We also ensure our vessels meet the demands of the PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) 97/23/EC for Group 1
hazardous fluids and are compliant with ATEX and H2S to NACE MR-01-75 standards.

HIGH PRESSURE FILTRATION UNIT

Centurion Fluid Filtration designs and manufactures high pressure filter units especially designed for wellhead operations including water injection and well testing. Centurion Fluid Filtration's high pressure units are designed and certified for operations up to 6250 psi and flow rates up to 24 BPM per vessel. All vessels meet the demands of the PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) 2014/68/EU for Group 1 hazardous fluids, and are compliant with ATEX and H2S to NACE MR-01-75 standards.
