This hose reeler has been designed to offer our customers a means of functioning, injecting, pressure testing fluid from the surface to any subsea application.
The unit has 2 off Synflex ¼” hoses which are bonded together. Hose length is 300m long. The hoses are connected from a central bulkhead plate via the reel through live centres.
The reeler is pneumatically driven with a control panel, comes with a pneumatic & mechanical brake. The reeler is housed in a SS316 SHS frame complete with 4 leg lift sling.
Additional Equipment:
1011 - 2 tonne over boarding sheave.
On most applications this sheave is required for deploying the hose.
